ORDINANCE 2019-02

The Baker County Nuisance Ordinance (2019-02) was adopted in 2019 by the Baker County Commissioners. This ordinance states that no person shall create or maintain a nuisance on private property. “Nuisance” includes an accumulation of solid waste, dangerous buildings or structures, and/or an accumulation of inoperable vehicles, vehicle bodies or parts.
