Record Request Procedure:
1. Complete the Records Request Form
2. Mail or drop off the completed form to:

All applicable fees are due at time of pickup. Materials will not be provided without prior payment. Cash or check only.

    Incident Report $17.00 each ($22 if 5 pages or more)
    Booking Photo $5.00 per copy
    Photograph CD $25.00 (charges may very)
    Call Logs $10.00
    911 Audio $25.00
    Contact Overview $10.00
    Records Check $10.00
    Jail Records $10.00 ($15 if 10 pages or more)


    Some records may be exempt from disclosure as outlined in ORS 192. Records that are released may contain redactions. These may include medical information, trade secrets, statements that would constitute an invasion of privacy, etc.
